Gender Determination Scan

If you wish to know the gender of your baby the Sonographer would be happy to offer her opinion on the gender of your baby during your scan, however, determination of the gender of your baby is not always accurate and is completely dependant on the position of the baby at the time of the scan.

Feta Wellbeing and Growth Scan

Fetal wellbeing and growth scan are performed in the late second and third trimester of pregnancy. These scans are used to check the growth and general well-being of your baby. A biophysical profile is performed which assesses fetal movement, fetal tone and the amount of amniotic fluid present. During this scan an estimated fetal weight will be determined by taking standard measurements of your baby. This is helpful to determine if your baby is growing at a healthy weight..
